FOUNDER AND OWNER
Randy James
With decades of experience in real estate investing and property management, Randy brings a deep understanding of residential properties to COAH Homes. His lifelong dream has been to turn that experience into building new homes for families. When he’s not working, you’ll find him spending time with his 20+ grandchildren, fishing at the coast, or tackling hands-on projects.

Preston leads COAH Homes with over 15 years of expertise as an investor, property manager, broker, and visionary in the real estate space. His strategic mindset and commitment to smart growth have been key in shaping the direction of the company. Preston’s passion lies in building long-term value—for both homeowners and the communities COAH serves.
PROJECT MANAGER
Mitchell James
Mitchell oversees day-to-day construction operations and ensures quality control across COAH projects. With over two years of homebuilding experience and a growing knowledge of the Central Texas market, he brings efficient scheduling and extensive market analysis for families looking for a new home. His heart is for providing high quality homes to buyers at all price points and ensuring every project reflects the care and values behind COAH.
